Publication Rugulations in Stardom Peer Reviwed Journals
1. Submission of Manuscripts
Researchers must submit an electronic copy of their manuscript after formatting it according to the journal’s guidelines. The manuscript should be sent in both Word and PDF formats to the journal’s official email address.
2. Language and Formatting Requirements
• The manuscript must be written in clear and proper academic language.
• Line spacing should be 1.5.
• The research should not exceed 35 pages, excluding references and appendices.
• Simplified Arabic (size 14) should be used for Arabic manuscripts.
• Times New Roman (size 12) should be used for English manuscripts.
3. Author Information and Abstracts
• The names of the authors must be written in both Arabic and English after the research title.
• The manuscript must include Arabic and English abstracts, each containing approximately 250 words.
• Each author’s job title, academic rank, and official email address must be clearly stated.
4. Keywords
Keywords must be added immediately after each abstract and should reflect the main concepts of the research.
5. Structure of the Research Paper
The manuscript should be organized using clear main and subheadings and should include the following essential components:
• Title of the research
• Abstract
• Keywords
• Introduction
• Theoretical framework
• Research methodology and procedures
• Results and recommendations
• References
• Appendices (if applicable)
6. Footnotes
Footnotes may be used when necessary to explain terms or clarify additional information that requires further interpretation within the text.
7. Originality Requirement
The submitted research must be original and must not have been previously published or submitted for publication elsewhere.
8. Academic Integrity
All submitted manuscripts are subject to plagiarism detection software to ensure academic integrity.
9. Peer Review Process
The researcher will be notified of preliminary acceptance or rejection after the manuscript undergoes initial evaluation by three specialized reviewers.
10. Review and Publication Fees
The researcher is required to pay the review and publication fees once the review process begins, even if the researcher later requests to withdraw the manuscript.
11. Submission of Revised Version
The author must submit the revised version of the manuscript according to the reviewers’ comments within two weeks from the date of receiving the review feedback.
12. Acceptance Letter and Published Copy
Once the research is approved for publication, the author will receive:
• An official acceptance letter.
• An electronic copy of the journal issue in which the research is published.
• A copy of the published research formatted according to the journal’s approved template.
Referencing Style
The journal adopts the American Psychological Association (APA) citation style for scientific publishing.
A. Printed Book
Format:
Author’s Last Name, Initial. (Year). Title of the book (Edition). Publisher.
Example:

B. Journal Article
Format:

D. Referencing Works with Multiple Authors
If a source has two or more authors, their names should be separated by commas, with (&) used between the last two names.
Example:
Al-Harbi, A., & Al-Mutairi, J. (2023). Writing Scientific References. Arab Publishing House.
APA In-Text Citation
APA in-text citation requires placing the author’s last name and publication year inside parentheses within the text. If the citation is a direct quotation, the page number should also be included.

General Notes on APA Referencing
• In Arabic references, the comma should appear as (،), while in English references, it should appear as (,).
• In Arabic references, the conjunction (و) is used between authors, while in English references (&) is used.
• When there are multiple authors, Arabic references may use “وآخرون”, while English references use “et al.” after the first author’s name.
